A.Ş. and its subsidiaries are one of the leading mining companies in Turkey, established for the purpose of mineral exploration and operation, and committed to carrying out sustainable mining activities in accordance with national and international standards at every stage of the mining projects it plans to realise.

Aware of our social responsibility, we aim to achieve the targets we set within the framework of this policy, which we will review at appropriate intervals in order to make the necessary updates after changing conditions, while improving our performance by investing in people, knowledge and technology with our approach and understanding that prioritises occupational health and safety.

All Lidya Madencilik and its subsidiaries, including our relevant stakeholders, are committed to achieving our occupational health and safety targets while conducting mining activities. To establish and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that identifies, assesses and manages risks, opportunities and impacts related to occupational health and safety,

To comply with the relevant legislation, national and international standards and other requirements regarding occupational health and safety,

To develop and maintain a constructive relationship by establishing a transparent communication in which the participation of our relevant stakeholders and employees is ensured in order to take effective applicable decisions and measures,

To work by adopting a proactive and sustainable occupational health and safety culture and to ensure that this culture is adopted by all stakeholders,

Identify and reduce potential risks, eliminate or control hazards and work to prevent injuries and accidents, taking into account the risk control hierarchy,

Establish a structure in which company employees, including contractors and suppliers, and employer and employee representatives act in cooperation,

To provide all necessary equipment and systems to ensure working conditions sensitive to occupational health and safety,

To continuously improve our performance by increasing the competencies of our employees through trainings,

Standardization of Occupational Health and Safety practices for all activities of our company,

To create a safe working environment by taking measures to reduce human error, Adopting and implementing a zero work accident culture in our work
