Lidya Mines is a mining company founded for prospecting and mining with the goal of conducting a sustainable mining operation that complies with the national and international standards at every step of every project.

Aware of our social responsibility, we aim to achieve our goals within the frame of this policy, which will be reviewed at appropriate intervals in order to make the necessary updates after condition changes while improving our performance by investing in people, information and technology with our approach and understanding that are conscious of the society, employees and the environment.

All our employees are committed and responsible for sustainable environmental management and are leaders in their behavior.

All Lidya Mines San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and its subsidiaries, including our relevant stakeholders. A.Ş. and its subsidiaries in order to achieve our environmental goals while conducting mining activities;

To establish and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that identifies, assesses and manages risks, opportunities and impacts related to occupational health and safety,

To continuously monitor and review this system in order to improve environmental performance,

To comply with the relevant legislation, national and international standards and other requirements on environmental issues,

Demonstrate a risk and opportunity-oriented approach in all processes,

To develop and maintain a constructive relationship by establishing a transparent communication in which the participation of our relevant stakeholders and employees is ensured in order to take effective applicable decisions and measures,

Provide all necessary equipment and systems to ensure environmentally sensitive working conditions,

To provide training to our employees on environmental issues and to ensure continuous improvement of our performance,

To ensure the sustainable use and maximum conservation of labor, natural and other resources through the use of innovative and best practicable methods and technology at every stage of our operations,

To standardize the practices to be carried out in environmental issues for all activities of our company,

To take necessary measures to reduce the greenhouse gas effect and carbon emissions during mining activities,

Prevent and/or reduce air, water, soil and noise pollution,

To take necessary measures for the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems that may be related to the areas of activity.
