Lidya Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is a mining company founded for prospecting and mining with the goal of conducting a sustainable mining operation that complies with the national and international standards at every step of every project. Aware of our social responsibility, we aim to achieve our goals within the frame of this policy, which will be reviewed at appropriate intervals in order to make the necessary updates after condition changes while improving our performance by investing in people, information and technology with our approach and understanding that are conscious of the society, employees and the environment. In order to achieve our Occupational Health and Safety goals while conducting mining activities as all employees of Lidya Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş, including contractors, suppliers and visitors, we hereby undertake that we will :

Ensure the establishment and implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that identifies, evaluates and manages the Occupational Health and Safety risks and impacts of our mining activities and continuously monitor, review and improve this system,
Select the appropriate and competent personnel for an effective and continuously-improving Occupational Health and Safety management and ensure continuous personnel development,
Comply with legal regulations, other requirements and national and international standards related to Occupational Health and Safety,
Develop and maintain a constructive relationship by establishing transparent communication with the participation of public institutions, society, other stakeholders and our employees in order to take effective & practical decisions and measures,
Adopt a proactive and sustainable culture in terms of Occupational Health and Safety in all our activities and ensure that this culture is adopted by all stakeholders,
Identify and eliminate potential risks for all our stakeholders in terms of Occupational Health and Safety and work to prevent injury, occupational diseases and accidents,
Provide all necessary equipment and systems to ensure working conditions conscious of Occupational Health and Safety in which the employees and their representatives act in cooperation, including the contractors and suppliers, train the employees and continuously improve our performance,
Ensure the most efficient use and maximum protection of labor, natural and other resources with the use of best innovative and applicable methods and technology at every stage of our mining activities,
Standardize the practices for Occupational Health and Safety for all activities of our company,
Be prepared against incidents and emergencies in terms of Occupational Health and Safety, develop and implement effective response systems for minimum damage and provide a healthy and safe working environment.
